Important Notes

All fees are subject to annual revision (typically 5-8% increase)
Late payment fee of Rs. 500 will be charged after due date
Fee vouchers are issued 10 days before due date
No deductions for holidays or short months
One month notice required for withdrawal

Scholarship Program

Capital Education System offers merit-based scholarships to outstanding students who demonstrate academic excellence but may face financial constraints.

Scholarship Types:

Merit Scholarship: Up to 50% tuition fee waiver for top performers in admission test
Need-Based Scholarship: Up to 25% fee concession for financially constrained families
Sports Scholarship: For students with exceptional sports talent
Hafiz-e-Quran Scholarship: Special concession for Huffaz students

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 80% marks in previous class (for academic scholarships)
Family income below Rs. 50,000/month (for need-based)
Proof of achievements (for sports/other scholarships)
